Vital Lessons when climbing a hill

So many things just happen in half a day today. I went for a Bukit Jambul (BJ) hill hiking with two chaps.

Norman and Dennis

We're actually at the top of the hill, and there you go, there are gym machines all around.

and a flag too

# Lesson 1: Never eat too much before you go for a hike. Just eat some will do or just a cup of milo or milk. You might puke if you eat too much and climb a hill.

On our way down

# Lesson 2: Never get too engrossed in your conversation while coming down from the hill and forget to watch your step. This is what happen:

I was walking down the hill side by side with Norman, and he was saying a character in the Bible, about how Sarah (Abraham's wife), still look young and attractive although she was 90+ years old, and bla bla bla, then I was too engrossed with the conversation that I didn't watch my step. I was walking at the side where there's a step, set my foot on the wrong spot, and screech my knees downwards the hill, with the tar road. Imagine that. So, this scar will always reminds me of Sarah. lol. Then, Dennis pulak started naming all of his scars with Bible characters..lol...

However, as for me, I feel that it's a nice sensation as I haven't fell down for a very long time. (I know it sounds silly, but I can't help it. I'm like very "sam pat".)

At the main gate built not long ago. See my previous post about BJ Hill.

Then we head to eat the famous pan mee near my house. There, they also have chee cheong fun, dim sum, rojak and fruits.

This is a candid shot.

Then, a female cat came by to our place. She's surely a very interactive, playful, and beautiful cat!

Looking at still photos is not enough. Watch the video!

This is the place to get the famous pan me. Unfortunately I forget to take a picture of the pan mee.

Ruth came much later to join us for pan mee.

Then off we went to the nearest pondok to continue chit-chatting

Dennis half way talking..lol

The peace sign

My bandage...huuu... huuu

# Lesson 3: Never ever use cotton to bandage your wound cuz after you take it out, some of the cotton wool will be stuck to your wound, and it's not easy to peel it off!

This is a dinosaur age Nokia. Very big! One can't put in the pocket that easily. I don't remember what model it is XD. Btw, it's Dennis' handphone. He had been using this for 5 good years.

# Lesson 4: Use an antiseptic to clear your wounds. It'll help in killing those germs and bacteria. But one thing you have to keep in mind, that is to endure the pain while you use it on your wounds.

Wanna see more of my wound? Here, a closer look:
