Kerachut, oh Kerachut!

For the third time, I hiked the rocky trek into Kerachut today. I called several people to join, but end up only three of us. Nevertheless, we had more time with each other with such a small group.

We used a different trail from the mid-point, which is the first time for me. Instead of a shorter distance up to Kerachut at the fork, we used the other trail that led us straight to the camp side. This trail is indeed much easier to hike rather than going upstairs.
Then we reached a gazebo and stop by.

Me & Patricia in a gazebo

Dennis doesn't like the spiders..

An outlook from the gazebo. The lake is on a dry season spell, unlike the last time I came here.

The next stop was the campsite. There were campers packing up to go back. I believe they are following a certain program as they wore the same t-shirt..and most of them are kids.

Then we move on to the pier.

We chilled at the pier where we observed the fishes and an orange jellyfish in the ocean and the great eagles in the wide blue sky. I tell you, the pier was so windy, cooling and relaxing that I felt like not leaving the place!
After more than an hour, we decided to make a move from the pier with our bare feet. By the time we stepped foot on the sand, it was SUPER HOT! I mean, really really burning our feets!
We immediately find a spot under the trees to cool our feet and took out our sandals.
I can't imagine how hell would be like..it'll be extremely hotter than this!
But thank God by His grace that we could be saved from hell.

All in all, I had a great time in Kerachut and hope to plan a camping there somewhere this year! and could also plan to go according to the time where the baby turtles hatches at night! I heard that the night stars are brilliant and captivating..so, anyone interested??

So that was my day. We had the lunch value in Mcd, only RM5.95 per regular set. It has the choices of double cheese burger, mc chicken, 6pcs nuggets and fillet-o-fish.
