8. Sweat it out 0__0"
9. Toxins from the body flushed out
10. Spend time with friends & family =)
11. A time spent away from normal lifestyle, eg. work, study, malls

Behold, these are my hiking experiences in Penang Hill.
20th April 2008 (Sunday)
4 people
We're hiking to 84 via Moon Gate
Wildlife
We then reached to a point of Number 5 after a long walk of up staircase. This is not yet 84.
Gym equipment there
Resting and chatting...
Then we continue our journey ----> to infinity and beyond!
Here we go again ~
Resting point to take picture..Moses-Ruth staff...ahhaha..we were joking that Ruth's people are the monkeys...and Moses-Ruth kept on saying "Let my poeple(monkeys) go!"
We're on our way!
And we did reach to 84, and at that time, it was already 7 pm cuz we start our journey at around 5pm. We used the jeep track as it was getting pretty dark. Quite adventurous hiking in such a time.

Body need to recharge..drink 100 PLUS!
As we were walking, suddenly the rain poured down, starting with a drizzle..then slowly, increased to heavy rain and there's only one umbrella!
Uncle Phoon spotted a banana tree and started cutting it's leaves..and the results? -->
This pic is taken when we reached the top, and that is when the rain stopped, easier to take photo.

Looking Back on January
This outing was way back on the second weekend of January...(was lazy to blog about dat time).
It was just a simple meet up with a very old friend who was my childhood friend. She moved to Sabah with her whole family when I was 12 and she was 11, and last January was the day we met each other for the first time for after 9 years.
I still remember she sold off her keyboard to me when she was packing to Sabah, and that was the kick start of me learning piano.
