What should I do??

I have two responsibilities, both requires me at the same time and same day! What should I do???

My parents are going to KL on Friday morning for a graduation ceremony of my elder sis, Ruth, leaving me, Rachel (younger sis) and Daniel (younger bro) in Penang. My responsibility - to look after them, feed them, fetch them.

As you all know, I attend cell group every Friday without fail, and this Friday night, it's gonna be a bit unusual as there are people from the young adult cell group will be joining us in conjunction to my church's theme of the year, "Discipling our Successive Generation". So, I'll be in charge of the song leading. I was preparing the songs and practicing it since Tuesday, and also asked Rachel to play violin with me, so this means more practice.

Then, today I only realized that I have a filming to do with my team, also on Friday night! I'm asked to be the crowd control because we're gonna film at Batu Ferringhi whereby there's surely lots of crowds there. The crowd controller is suppose to tell passer-bys before hand that there's a filming going and kindly ask them to use an alternative road so that they won't interfere in the filming process.

I told the director that I have a cell group to attend to and it's important, but the director asked me back,"You didn't know that there's gonna be a shoot on this Friday?" I thought about it, and what he said is true cuz as we planned much more earlier, the whole team agreed to shoot every Friday, and that this semester is a short semester, and time is precious.

So, both sides are counting on me, but both responsibilities requires me to be there at the same time!

What should I do??

You really gotta check out this video here:

Me & Fiona.

Embrace yourself as I'm gonna show you what we share in common:

Both fell down on a tar road. Only difference is Fiona was doing limbo, lose her balance at the end of the pole, fell down on tar. Myself, fell down on a downhill tar road, screeching downwards :P
It ain't easy for us to move about after the incident :(

Coming up next are pix of me and my group in production:

At Gurney Drive, Fabian & Nick

Wanida & Fay Lin

Candid

Wondering away

Petrina: "Off record pls.."

After the documentary shot, we all started attacking the food! We ordered laksa, fried chicken and fried chicken skin, rojak, char koay teow. Everyone shared eating, and each only pay RM 2. Cheap rite? But definitely not enough filling for each person.

Actually there are more pix I could have taken, like the way they hold the video and the hosts, but I wasn't in the mood to snap more :P

Anyhow, after Gurney Drive, our next plan was shooting at Batu Ferringhi night market. At Gurney Drive, the clouds are already darkened, and we suspected rain, but we go for it anyway. I was the driver of the day, the Avanza driver, fetching 5 others. During our journey, it rained very heavily and our project had to be posponed. Why la rain at this time?? We gathered at the KFC near the night market and everyone was camwhoring.

Including myself..hahahhahhaha

PS: I'm glad that I drove the Avanza that day cuz the Iswara wasn't stable, and at that time, the right mirror wasn't fixed yet. Imagine me driving the Iswara at night and heavy rain..it'll be even more challenging for me.

I'm going for a shoot!

My group

Tomorrow evening is the day when me and the production crew of my group will be video shooting at Gurney Drive. But of course, before tomorrow, we had numerous grp discussions.

Basically, a my E-Media class consists of 29 students, and we are separated half to do different thing. My group is doing on a documentary type, while the other group is doing on commercials and news.

The other group

It's sure gonna be very pressure for everyone cuz this is a short sem and we had to use that limited time to finish it..aaarrgghhh!

Vital Lessons when climbing a hill

So many things just happen in half a day today. I went for a Bukit Jambul (BJ) hill hiking with two chaps.

Norman and Dennis

We're actually at the top of the hill, and there you go, there are gym machines all around.

and a flag too

# Lesson 1: Never eat too much before you go for a hike. Just eat some will do or just a cup of milo or milk. You might puke if you eat too much and climb a hill.

On our way down

# Lesson 2: Never get too engrossed in your conversation while coming down from the hill and forget to watch your step. This is what happen:

I was walking down the hill side by side with Norman, and he was saying a character in the Bible, about how Sarah (Abraham's wife), still look young and attractive although she was 90+ years old, and bla bla bla, then I was too engrossed with the conversation that I didn't watch my step. I was walking at the side where there's a step, set my foot on the wrong spot, and screech my knees downwards the hill, with the tar road. Imagine that. So, this scar will always reminds me of Sarah. lol. Then, Dennis pulak started naming all of his scars with Bible characters..lol...

However, as for me, I feel that it's a nice sensation as I haven't fell down for a very long time. (I know it sounds silly, but I can't help it. I'm like very "sam pat".)

At the main gate built not long ago. See my previous post about BJ Hill.

Then we head to eat the famous pan mee near my house. There, they also have chee cheong fun, dim sum, rojak and fruits.

This is a candid shot.

Then, a female cat came by to our place. She's surely a very interactive, playful, and beautiful cat!

Looking at still photos is not enough. Watch the video!

This is the place to get the famous pan me. Unfortunately I forget to take a picture of the pan mee.

Ruth came much later to join us for pan mee.

Then off we went to the nearest pondok to continue chit-chatting

Dennis half way talking..lol

The peace sign

My bandage...huuu... huuu

# Lesson 3: Never ever use cotton to bandage your wound cuz after you take it out, some of the cotton wool will be stuck to your wound, and it's not easy to peel it off!

This is a dinosaur age Nokia. Very big! One can't put in the pocket that easily. I don't remember what model it is XD. Btw, it's Dennis' handphone. He had been using this for 5 good years.

# Lesson 4: Use an antiseptic to clear your wounds. It'll help in killing those germs and bacteria. But one thing you have to keep in mind, that is to endure the pain while you use it on your wounds.

Wanna see more of my wound? Here, a closer look:

My left knee

My right knee
ps: thanks Dennis for the towel =]
